The Site provides travel information and links to third-party search and booking tools. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, hotel, or seller of any travel product. Every booking or purchase happens on a partner's website under that partner's terms, privacy policy, and cancellation and refund policies. Your contract is with that partner, not with us.
Rates, availability, descriptions, images, and listings shown through the Site are supplied by third parties. We do not verify or control them. Prices and availability can change or be inaccurate, and only the price the booking partner confirms when you complete a reservation is binding. The Site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FerskTech, LLC is not liable for the acts or omissions of any booking partner, for reservations that are changed, cancelled, or not honored, for refund or billing disputes with a partner, for inaccurate third-party content, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Booking problems must be resolved with the partner that took your reservation and payment. Because we do not charge visitors, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Use the Site lawfully and for personal travel research. Do not scrape or use automated tools to extract content or rates, interfere with the Site or its widgets, or send abusive or unlawful content through the Contact page.
The Site's name, design, and original content belong to FerskTech, LLC. Third-party trademarks and content belong to their owners. Links and widgets lead to sites we do not control; using them is at your own discretion.
We may change or discontinue the Site at any time and may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
